In some cases, Encounter collects personal data. When using forms, we collect the following personal information: name, email, and phone number. We do this in order to respond to your inquiry. We reserve the right to store your personal information until the matter related to your inquiry is completed.
When collecting personal data through our website, we always ensure that it happens with your consent. This way, you are informed exactly about which data is collected and why.

1.4 Contact Forms
If you choose to contact us by using a contact form on our website, your information will be stored in our backend and compiled into an email which is then sent to us via SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol).
The information in the email will, if relevant, be transferred to our CRM system. Afterwards, the data will be linked to an existing account with a similar email or created as a new contact.
There may be follow-up on your inquiry, and therefore we reserve the right to store contact information until the matter in question has been completed.
We do not disclose your information to third parties.
